The Medtech Flywheel
Every candidate in the knowledge base, what is actually known about it, and what it would take to finish its packet. Generated from the candidate files — nothing here is hand-written.
Why the verified share is low, and why that is on the
page. Only three of the nine rubric factors have any verification path at all —
Regulatory, Reimbursement and FTO/IP. TAM has no free authoritative source, and factors
5–9 are judgments no database can answer. On top of that the CMS cache files are absent
and EPO_OPS_KEY/EPO_OPS_SECRET are unset, so most reimbursement and patent checks
return "nothing was searched" rather than a finding. Read a low count as a statement
about the tooling, not about the idea.
None of this is a recommendation. Shortlist review, legal and clinical sign-off and capital allocation are human-only. This board compiles what the candidate files say; it ranks nothing and advises nothing.
