Read the largest number first. It is the initial obtainable spend pool, and it is arithmetic over one downstream test's Medicare-only pricing (itself blocked on two missing local CMS caches, [claim 9: unconfirmed], [claim 10: unconfirmed]) folded through a permanently unverifiable market-share percentage [claim 11: unconfirmed]. Even in the best case where the two fixable-gap claims resolve, a Medicare FFS claim volume is a floor on US volume, never a market size — it excludes Medicare Advantage, commercial, Medicaid, VA, and cash-pay entirely.
